Palm Coast Plantation
A Community In Touch With Nature

One of Palm Coast Plantation's greatest amenities is its natural setting. Beyond the 126-acre, spring-fed Emerald Lake, ponds, marshes, and waterways run throughout the community and support a surprising variety of wildlife. It's not unusual to see deer wandering through the neighborhood, blue herons and egrets wading along the water's edge, or ospreys and bald eagles overhead. Along the Intracoastal, residents may also spot porpoises and manatees.

Much of the community's natural habitat remains intact, with mature shade trees, Spanish moss, native vegetation, and tropical foliage giving Palm Coast Plantation a distinctly Florida feel. Lakeside paths lead to nature lookouts and quiet spots along the water, while Emerald Lake offers another perspective from a kayak, paddleboard, or boat. Spend some time on the lake, and you'll likely see mullet breaking the surface and cormorants diving for fish.

Palm Coast Plantation's developers have preserved much of the property's original beauty through protected buffers and thoughtfully placed amenities, blending resort-style comforts with a lifestyle surrounded by a spectacular Florida landscape. This combination makes Palm Coast Plantation a truly special place to call home.
